We used Nickel City Home Service for an external drainage system. They were very responsive from start to finish. That is very rare to find these days! The crew was polite and cleaned up the mess from each day. We plan to utilize them for future projects. I would definitely recommend Nickel City Home Services.

The crew that came to do, our leaky basement, interior drainage, sub pump, yard drainage, encapsulate the crawl space and last but not least, glass block windows and a window well were awesome. They started the project on Monday, and finished on Friday. They were constantly working even in the extreme heat that we had on a couple of days. They were very well coordinated, got all the necessary permits and inspections. They cleaned up and even walking through the house back and forth did not even make a mess. It was an expensive project, but it needed a lot of work completed. Compared to other companies, they were somewhat lower in cost, and they didn't require additional work from other contractors which would have made the other quotes much more expensive. I would highly recommend them.

Nickel City Home Service was recommended by a neighbor. What a great find! We needed to shore up our basement walls to protect from further movement. We had called in a different "popular" company to look at the problem, but never heard back from them to do the job. Lucky for us, this was right when our neighbor told us about Nickel City. We called Charlie who came right out and looked at our problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional while being pleasant and easy to talk to.He gave us a very reasonable quote which we accepted. The Nickel City crew came out in the final week of Dec2021. They had to cut into the concrete floor, move plumbing and heating water lines, install several I-beams and put the utilities all back where they were. Jeremy and his crew completed this tough, messy job skillfully and were done in time to celebrate New Year's Eve. We even added new glass block windows to the project at the last minute. Kyle removed the old rusted windows and installed the glass block beautifully--they look as though they have always been there. Charlie, Kyle, Jeremy and crew were so wonderful to work with, we have invited them back this summer to do our lawn drainage project. We look forward to working with them again!

Nickel City did a great job installing drainage in our back yard. They were very responsive when I had questions, they did the job in the time they said and were very professional. Best of all the yard looks great and the drainage is working, thanks! I would recommend them if you needed drainage.

Kyle and his team did an amazing job on my lawn. They laid perforated pipe in my backyard and solid pipe to the street, connecting the downspouts. The week was unseasonably hot, and they had very challenging working conditions. They were also delayed with debris buried along the foundation wall. They went out of their way to clear the debris and seal the wall, stopping the leak that was coming through in the basement. The NCHS crew is hard working, knowledgeable, and very patient with customer questions ;) It was a big job and they did it perfectly! I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. I highly recommend NCHS!
